In collaboration with the Earls’ inhouse design team, KRA worked on creating a bright and open workspace. It was important to maintain fluidity between the existing Earls office and the new workspace. As such, features were carried through from the existing office area and many of the original building features were cleaned up and left exposed providing an industrial character in the new office. This included maintaining large existing heritage windows to maximize natural light, creating a healthy and productive workspace.
