Earls 300 Main is a flagship restaurant located in the heart of the business district in downtown Winnipeg on the ground floor of a new residential high rise.
KRA, as Architect and Prime Consultant, worked with Earls’ Design Team on the tenant build out of a new, existing shell space to realize their interior design vision while meeting Code requirements. The project earned Earls an IDIBC Award of Excellence and the 2022 IDIBC Interior Design of the Year.
A unique design element with the restaurant’s corner location is a rounded wall of windows, which is echoed by the rounded drop ceiling of the bar and furniture with soft curves.
Incorporating local artwork is a key element to every Earls Kitchen + Bar that is rooted in the local community and its artists. A large-scale, colourful mural by local Winnipeg artist Bramwell Enan adds colour and excitement to the lounge.
